Argosy/KWJZ Christmas Ship Festival Parade - Dec 3rd 6:30PM to 9:30PM Another repeat - we are beginning to have a number of these 'annual' events - is the Christmas Ship Festival of Lights, by Argosy Cruises and KWJZ. We are fortunate to have the first sailing, and we will depart from Leschi on Dec 3rd (it's a Wednesday!!) at 6:30. These always sell out quickly, so book early! You have been warned! Join 98.9 Smooth Jazz aboard the Goodtime II during the annual Christmas Ship TM Festival parade. Each cruise will feature a different local jazz band and will be hosted by one of KWJZ's on-air personalities. The KWJZ Ship will cruise each Wednesday during the festival.Tickets only $29 per person. Guests must be 21 years or older, ID required at boarding. KWJZ Jazz Ship Schedule Wednesday, December 3 Departure: Leschi, 6:30pm Return: 9:30pm Band Featured: The 4th Degree. The 4th Degree, featuring keyboards, vocals, guitar and drums, plays a wide range of music from covers to original material. Their jazz style is ranges from the classics (Miles Davis, Cannonball Adderly) to Fusion (Chick Corea, Weather Report) to smooth jazz (Spyro Gyra). |
