First Annual Fall Bellevue Live Jazz Series Kicks Off in Late September

-Back by popular demand, the Bellevue Live jazz series begins new Fall lineup -

BELLEVUE , WA – The Bellevue Downtown Association today announced the premier of the Fall Bellevue Live jazz concert series, presented by Yokohoma Tires. Located in downtown Bellevue , Bellevue Live provides a venue for connecting downtown Bellevue ’s residential and business community in a fun, after-hours setting.

With three free concerts featuring top local jazz musicians, Bellevue Live takes place every Wednesday evening, Sept. 29 through Oct. 13, from 5-7pm , at three of downtown's most notable properties: Key Center , Civica Office Commons and The Summit.  

98.9 Smooth Jazz, the Puget Sound region's most notable jazz station, is partnering with the Bellevue Downtown Association to bring this concert series to Downtown Bellevue; as a result, the event will attract top local musicians with national reputations, whose styles range from gospel jazz and soul to swing and pop jazz, reflecting the depth and variety of jazz as a genre.

 With central and convenient downtown locations, Bellevue Live brings after-hours entertainment directly to downtown Bellevue ’s 32,000 workers and 3,000 residents. 

“Due to the success of the Bellevue Live concerts in the Spring, we are pleased to bring the series back for a Fall lineup,” comments Leslie Lloyd, president of the Bellevue Downtown Association.  “The series brings a vibrant, urban energy to the downtown core, making this a great place by day and by night.”
